Can I send
you my files by E-mail?
Yes, you can
certainly send files as email
attachments. Just address them to
production@abcrepro.com. Please be
sure to include all the information we
need to process your order.

What kind of
files can I send?
From either
AutoCAD programs, you can
send DWF files. The
advantage of creating DWF files is that
it will incorporate your fonts, xrefs,
line types, and pen weights, therefore
eliminating the chance for errors in
plotting.
For color or black & white copying, you
can send Corel Draw (CDR), Adobe
Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (AI),
Acrobat (PDF) and most common bitmap
image formats including TIF, GIF, BMP
and JPEG. Do you have some other kind of

E-mail us and ask us, there's a good
chance we can still help you even if
your particular format is not listed.
Which credit
cards do you accept?
Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and
Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as
well as debit cards which bear the Visa
or Mastercard logo.

What plotter
driver should I use?
The
preferred plotter drivers are the
AutoCAD VIC drivers for the ABC
ReproGraphics 9800.
These provide support for large page
sizes, embedded raster images, line
weights and colors. Our software is also
compatible with most HPGL and HPGL/2
drivers, and several Calcomp models.
Please do NOT use any HP DeskJet or
other desktop printer drivers, as these
will not work.
How do I set
my pens?
If you are
making DWF files, you can set your pens
in AutoCAD using the plotter
configuration or pen configuration
tools. This information is placed into
your DWF when you "plot to DWF." Our
software automatically reads the pen
widths and uses them.

need is Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher

download software free of charge which
automates the process of publishing
files from your desktop to your ABC
Plan
Center digital plan room.
Who has
access, and who controls access to my ABC
Plan Center digital plan room?
Only you
and
ABC ReproGraphics
have access
to your ABC ReproGraphics digital plan
room. You may send out email invitations
and grant others access to specific
subdirectories within your own plan
room. You can also set user permissions
to limit individual privileges within
your plan room.
How can I get
started using the ABC Plan Center system?
First, you
will need to obtain a username and
password by completing the
site registration process. There is
no charge to register. Then, just select
an ABC ReproGraphics host from
the list and complete the form to
request a plan room. Your
reprographic host will take it from
